Mike Barrett writes: This was the winner of last year's Tropfest competition in New York. Tropfest was started in Australia and the finalists will be showing their videos this weekend for the 2009 competition. Short videos with a storyline, very limited budgets and crew....any format etc. The NY winner (below) was shot entirely on a mobile phone.....total cost....less than $500.
